AtĀ ALAK, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy below explains when and how you can return items for a refund or exchange.


2. Return Eligibility

You may request a returnĀ within 10 daysĀ from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must beĀ unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

  • All originalĀ packaging, seals, and proof of purchaseĀ must be included.

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons,Ā opened or used products cannot be returned.

  • Products purchased underĀ final sale, special discounts, or promotional offersĀ may not be eligible for return.


3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to yourĀ ALAK account.

  2. Go toĀ My Orders.

  3. Select the product and clickĀ Return / Request Support.

  4. Submit the reason with clear photos (if applicable).

Our team will review and confirm the next steps within 24–48 working hours.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to aĀ damaged, defective, or incorrect product, ALAK will arrange pickup at no extra cost.

  • For other eligible returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.


5. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to theĀ original payment methodĀ withinĀ 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Contact us withinĀ 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos or videos for verification.

  • Once approved, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
