Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges

Return & Replacement Process

  • Step 1: Initiate a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery if you receive an incorrect or expired product.

    • Send an email to alakgentlemen@gmail.com with your order details and contact information.

    • You may also connect with us via our customer support chat.

    • If the product is damaged or missing, report the issue within 2 days of delivery.

  • Step 2: Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

  • Step 3: Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.

  • Step 4: If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you may need to self-ship the product using a reliable courier service.

    • Courier charges will be reimbursed to your preferred payment method (UPI, PayTM, or Alak Wallet).

  • Step 5: After receiving the returned product, we will verify the claim and initiate a replacement or refund, based on stock availability.


Eligible Conditions for Return/Replacement

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Expired product received

  • Damaged product received (physical damage, tampered packaging)

  • Incomplete order (missing items)


Conditions Where Return/Replacement is Not Accepted

  • Product has been opened, used, or altered

  • Missing original packaging (cartons, labels, etc.)

  • Return request initiated after 7 days from delivery

  • Damaged/missing product reported after 2 days from delivery


Return Processing Timeline

  • Once a return request is approved, our courier partner will pick up the product within 5-7 business days.

  • After receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it.

  • Based on verification, a refund or replacement will be processed.


Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before it reaches the “Ready to Ship” stage by logging into your account and selecting the CANCEL option under order details.

  • Alak Gentlemen reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without prior notice.

  • In certain cases, we may contact you for verification before dispatching the order.


Refund Policy

How Will I Receive My Refund?

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, UPI) within 7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Customers need to provide bank details for the refund, which will be processed via bank transfer.


Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds for returned products are processed within 14 business days after receiving and verifying the product.


Partial Returns

  • You can return individual products from an order, provided they meet the return eligibility criteria within 7 days of delivery.
