Return & Replacement Process

Step 1: Initiate a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery if you receive an incorrect or expired product.

Step 2: Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

Step 3: Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.

Step 4: If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you may need to self-ship the product using a reliable courier service.

Courier charges will be reimbursed to your preferred payment method (UPI, PayTM, or Alak Wallet).

Step 5: After receiving the returned product, we will verify the claim and initiate a replacement or refund, based on stock availability.
Eligible Conditions for Return/Replacement

Incorrect product delivered

Expired product received

Damaged product received (physical damage, tampered packaging)

Incomplete order (missing items)

Product has been opened, used, or altered

Missing original packaging (cartons, labels, etc.)

Return Processing Timeline

Once a return request is approved, our courier partner will pick up the product within 5-7 business days.

After receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it.

Based on verification, a refund or replacement will be processed.
Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it reaches the “Ready to Ship” stage by logging into your account and selecting the CANCEL option under order details.

Alak Gentlemen reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without prior notice.

In certain cases, we may contact you for verification before dispatching the order.
Refund Policy
How Will I Receive My Refund?

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, UPI) within 7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Customers need to provide bank details for the refund, which will be processed via bank transfer.
Refund Processing Time

Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 7 business days.

Refunds for returned products are processed within 14 business days after receiving and verifying the product.
Partial Returns

You can return individual products from an order, provided they meet the return eligibility criteria within 7 days of delivery.
